Continuous CO Sampling System
The FGA 900
continuous, sampling CO system proves to be an essential part
in optimizing boiler efficiency or assisting in the de-NOx process. Applications ranging from smaller
package boilers and industrial boilers, to large utility boilers
will benefit from the many uses FGA has to offer. Comprised of
a probe and analyzer, the design is simple, yet ensures reliable
measurements with minimal maintenance. Selectable current loop
and serial outputs, alarm facilities, and display panel provide
a user-friendly reporting system.
CO Monitoring Across-the-Stack
The Model
9000 is an accurate and reliable CO monitor for improving the
efficiency of your boiler operation. CO monitoring is proven
beneficial by reducing the environmental burden, reducing corrosion
of plant components, avoiding the risk of explosions/shutdowns,
and reducing fuel consumption.
Oxygen Analyzer
Oxygen (02) measurement is a proven tool in optimizing
combustion by controlling the fuel/air ratio. Other combustion
applications equally benefit from the services of oxygen analyzers
including, but not limited to a) determining excess air, b) direct
combustion measurement, and c) corrosion/pollution control. Popular
non-combustion applications also require the services of the
Series 1200 Oxygen Analyzer. 02
is frequently used as the Diluent Monitor for Continuous Emission
Monitoring Systems and may be offered as a direct replacement

systems. Fabrication standards include spiral, lock seam construction
to fully welded construction. Custom engineered, designed and
fabricated systems are offered from several manufacturers are
available to meet specific project requirements or locations.

Teflon Coated, Corrosion Resistant
Ducting Systems
Fab-Tech, Inc. manufactures the Perma Shield Pipe® (PSP)
system, which resists even the most aggressive corrosive air
streams. PSP uses an ETFE fluoropolymer (Teflon) coating over
continuous fusion welded stainless steel duct with a choice of
Gore-Tex® joint sealant technology with Van Stone bolted
flanges or a Gore-Tex® sealed quick release clamp joint connection
which allows for easy assembly and disassembly. PSP offers high
impact strength, excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance
and performance over a broad temperature range of -150° to
300° F. PSP duct systems are Factory Mutual approved for
fume and smoke exhaust. Computer aided, fully designed duct systems
are available. A complete line of components is readily available.
Fab-Tech, Inc. is a DuPont licensed special purpose applicator/fabricator
with full DuPont technical support. Other duct system materials
of construction are also available such as: galvanized steel,
stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, etc.
